Will all my calls be picked up by the AI Assistant?
No. Your phone rings first—you always get the chance to answer. If you don’t, the AI steps in to capture details, answer questions, offer a link to upload photos for an estimate, and book a callback or appointment. You’ll then get a text and email with a full summary of the call. No lead goes unanswered.
Can this be customized to fit my specific needs?
Yes. The AI workflow can be fully customized to match how your business operates. Other PDR companies are already running tailored versions. What you see with AiDentify right now is simply a test flow—it won’t be used in this exact form.
Currently, when a prospect is asked to upload photos, the AI sends them a secure link. They can upload damage photos directly through that link, which are then instantly available to you or your techs. This allows you to review the images, prepare an estimate, and respond to the customer at your earliest convenience.
How dependable is the AI when handling calls with prospects?
We don’t sugarcoat it—the AI isn’t perfect. On average, it’s accurate about 95–97% of the time in capturing details, answering questions, and booking appointments. But here’s the reality: if you miss a call altogether, there’s an 87% chance that prospect moves on to the next shop that does answer.
So, the trade-off is simple: let the call go and lose the lead, or have the AI handle it—knowing that the vast majority of the time, it gets the job done right.
Will caller know they're speaking to an AI?
The AI is designed to sound natural and professional. In most cases, prospects think they’re speaking with a front-desk assistant. But there's no need to try and hide it, if asked the AI will be straightforward. What's most important is that the prospect's immediate questions and needs are met in a timely and professional manor.
Can I turn the AI on or off whenever I want?

What happens if the caller is upset or frustrated?
